RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Cancellations
If you have purchased something and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately before the order is packed and dispatched. Once an order has been packed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Returns
We accept returns of unwanted/incorrectly purchased goods providing they are returned to us in new/unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for the return of the item and we suggest a recorded delivery method for proof of return. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Return postage costs are at the buyers expense, we will then issue a refund for the item, when the item is returned to us. Any items that are returned damaged, missing items or not in resalable condition will not be refunded, photographic evidence will be given.

Damage
If in the unfortunate event that an item is damaged upon arrival or is not what was purchased, please send an image and notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then be able to offer the best solution, an exchange will be arranged or new replacement will be sent to you.

Warranty
Parts supplied are covered by a 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty. If you believe that an item is faulty or falls under warranty coverage, please contact us and we will advise what to do next. Please note that warranty only covers the part. Labour fees or any other costs or consequential losses are NOT covered.

Delivery & Collection
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all of our orders the same day if purchased before 2.30pm. (Stocked items only).
All orders placed after that time will then be dispatched the next working day.
Weekend orders will be dispatched on the following Monday (Tuesday following Monday Bank Holidays).

For payment protection, we only accept payment over the counter. We do not accept payments before collection.
